Q: Does the price include the ferry booking?

Ans: Yes, the overall price includes the ferry booking.

Q: Does The Savoy book the ferry for us?

Ans: Yes, you just have to let us know your preferred route and times and we will book the ferries for you.

Q: What do we do on arrival?

Ans: On arrival please report to our Lettings Team who will take you to your cottage.

Q: Can we bring our pet?

Ans: To further enhance your experience and enjoyment, The Savoy is a pet free environment.

Q: Do we need to bring our own food?

Ans: There is an on-site Delicatessen where you can purchase groceries.

Q: Do we need to bring our own bedding and towels?

Ans: Bedding is provided. Towels can be hired or you can bring your own.

Q: Are washing and ironing facilities available?

Ans: There is a laundrette on site with washing machines and tumble dryers. An iron and ironing board are provided in your cottage.

Q: What leisure facilities are available at The Savoy?

Ans: Leisure facilities at The Savoy include an indoor swimming pool, tennis, squash and badminton courts, spa, sauna and gym. When you book your holiday you become members of the The Savoy Country Club for the duration of your stay. This entitles you to free use of some of the leisure facilities.

Q: Is evening entertainment offered at The Savoy?

Ans: There is occasional music in the Restaurant.

Q: Can I park outside my cottage?

Ans: For your safety the majority of the resort is traffic free. Car parks are located on the perimeter of the resort however trolleys are available and members of staff are always on hand to help.

Q: Holiday Insurance - should I take this out?

Ans: This is your decision. We strongly advise it as you can make a claim if for unforeseen circumstances you are unable to take your holiday - it will give you peace of mind. You may of course have your own annual travel insurance. Click here for more information on our Holiday Insurance.
